Dear St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Families,
Catholic Schools Week begins Sunday, so it is time to think about registration for the 2025-2026 school year! Hard to believe, but we have almost completed two-thirds of our school year and we need to begin planning for next year. The administration team, School Board and the Finance Committee, has been working on the tuition rates for the coming school year, as well as the registration process to ensure everything is simple and smooth for the coming year.
Once again, we will be automatically re-enrolling families for the following school year. What that means is that all families will automatically be registered for the 25-26 school year on February 7th UNLESS you notify me by February 3rd. This saves you time from signing into your FACTS account and checking all the boxes – and saves you $100 in case you forget! And, now you will not be receiving numerous emails from me about registering for next year. So, if for any reason you are not returning next year, please let me know by February 3rd.
If you have a new student not currently enrolled at St. Elizabeth, please contact me to request the paperwork for new students. You can add them into your FACTS account once the automatic enrollment takes place.
The registration fee of $100 (per family) will be added to your FACTS account once re-enrollment takes place. The early registration fee applies until February 7th. Anyone who does not register by then will be required to pay the full $200 registration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Below this letter, you will find a link to the tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school year. We did implement a tuition increase due to our increasing expenses. However, compared to the surrounding Catholic schools, St. Elizabeth tuition rates are relatively low. We do encourage you to get involved in our community events and fundraisers.
Over the past several years we have had a low technology fee to cover the costs of our licenses, carts, and upkeep. We were fortunate to have grant funds to cover the purchases of Chromebooks. However, those funds are no longer available, therefore we need to increase our technology fee to cover the costs of upkeep and technology purchases.
If you have financial limitations, please consider applying for Financial Assistance if your family is in need. The Grant and Aid application on FACTS opens February 3rd.
I thank you for entrusting your children in our care at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity. I look forward to another exciting year here at St. Elizabeth!
Yours in Christ,
Kristine Hillmann
