The Flair High Uniformity Portafilter Basket is a 58mm espresso portafilter basket featuring a hole pattern with 1,800 individual extraction points. This high uniformity hole pattern is 25% wider than standard portafilter baskets. The increased coverage allows for even espresso extractions out to the edges of the basket, limiting channeling by spreading the flow out over more of the puck. Each extraction hole is .2mm, which delivers an incredibly clean cup of espresso, with low fines, and a great emphasis on the bright notes and high aromatics sought after in lighter roasts, while also limiting any undesirable earthiness. The High Uniformity Portafilter Basket features a beautiful logo etched into the stainless steel, and will fit standard 58mm portafitlers.
