IReady testing will continue the week of May 19 if your student has not tested yet!

The final day is Friday, May 23rd.

Please be sure you speak to your student about these tests, give them a good breakfast and plenty of sleep the night before – which is hard with all these spring sports going on!

From Principal Hillmann :

We have been informed that we no longer have a Crossing Guard at the corners of Milwaukee, Austin & Ardmore.

I have reached out to CPS and they are in a hiring freeze (except for Floating Crossing Guards) but do not have a floater to give us right now.

I have reached out to the 16th District to see if we can get some assistance from the PD, but I am not sure if that is feasible.

Is there anyone who is willing to volunteer to assist the students for the next 5 weeks? Maybe for a week? In the mornings? In the afternoons? On the next 5 Tuesdays?? I will take what I can get. I will try and get out there in the afternoon but mornings are a little more challening for me.
